Key Management Profile

Wilson Parking Singapore has a dedicated management team and office support staff headed by the Managing Director, Mr David Chelliah who has experience in parking solutions not just in Singapore but also in Wilson Parking's international branches.

The senior management team has many years combined experience in all aspects of the parking industry, including the innovative construction, development, and design of intelligent car parks equipment systems, car park planning and operation, valet parking, security, cost control and revenue improvement. Management regularly visits all car parks and constantly review trading performance relative to industry to optimization of operational effectiveness and maximizing returns on car park investments for investors.

Mr David Chelliah

Managing Director

As Managing Director of Wilson Parking (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Mr David Chelliah is responsible for determining and overseeing the overall strategic direction and growth of the Company as well as developing alliances and relationship with key business and overseas markets.

David has 15 years of work experience in general business, operational and finance management. After 3 years of working in the banking industry, he assumed the role of Business Manager for the Water Corporation (Perth, Australia). Since 2000, he has worked with Wilson Parking in a Head Office operational role overseeing national contracts and was directly involved in the establishment, growth and development of Wilson's Security and Equipment Division in Australia.

David holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University, Perth Australia.

Mr Richard Tan

Director, Business Development

Mr Tan has acquired 27 years of management experience and two master degrees, a Master in Business Administration from Macquarie University and a Master in International Marketing from Curtin University.

The span of his management experience spreads from being the regional head of the materials/transport division taking charge of both the Asia Pacific and Europe regions of a multinational electronic company to general management appointment in one of the largest logistics companies in Singapore with worldwide clientele.

Out of his 27 years of management experience, 15 years are in the Car Park Industry. Mr Tan has done extensive car park consultation works in the Asia Pacific region. He is also notable for his successful experience in identifying emerging markets and formulating new strategies to exploit their potentials. In Wilson Parking Singapore, Mr Tan is fully responsible for the sales and marketing as well as in developing and nurturing all local key business sectors.

Mr Wan Kum Keet

Manager, Business Development

Mr Wan has more than 7 years of business development experience and is responsible for the creation of value-added service packages for our clients. His role of maximising the business in each car park ensures that our clients are given attractive financial returns. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Nanyang Technological University.

Mr Stephen Ng

Financial Controller

Mr. Ng is the Financial Controller of Wilson Parking (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He has 23 years experience in the finance functions in manufacturing companies for electrical motors, pharmaceutical, aerospace, oil rigging and construction industries. During this period he has gained extensive experience in operations accounting in manufacturing MNC. Also, he has a proven track record in new start up operations.

Mr. Charles Cheng

Operations Manager

Mr. Cheng is in charge of all of Wilson Parking's operations. He has a BSc (management) and Diploma in Electrical. With 10 years experience in projects and operation management, Mr. Cheng has high expectations for his operations team to exceed customer demands.
