Wilson Parking Singapore has a dedicated management team and office support staff led by the Managing Director, Mr. Richard Tan.

With further guidance from the CEO of South East Asia, Mr. David Chelliah, the dedicated Senior Management team has firmly upheld Wilson Parking's position as the market leader in the Parking Industry and our innovative approach has also consistently attained perfect scores in giving all our clients the highest achievable returns on their investments.

MR DAVID CHELLIAH

CEO, South East Asia

Mr. David Chelliah is responsible for determining and overseeing the overall strategic direction and growth of the Company in this region, as well as developing alliances and relationships locally and overseas. David reports to Mr Gary Koch, Vice Chairman Wilson Group and is based in Singapore.

David’s experience includes 20 years in general business, operational and finance management in both public and private entities. His 10 years with the Wilson Group includes 5 years in Perth Australia, Wilson’s Head Office. David was involved in the establishment, growth and development of Wilson’s Security and Parking Equipment Division in Australia.

David holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University, Perth Australia.

MR RICHARD TAN

Managing Director

Prior to joining Wilson Parking, Mr. Tan held various management positions as Head of the Asia Pacific Regional Materials/Transport Division in a Multinational Electronic Company, Head of Operations and Production in a large listed Food Trading Company and as General Manager in one of the largest logistics companies in Singapore with worldwide clientele.

He joined Wilson Parking in 1986 and in the last twenty over years with Wilson Parking, Mr. Tan went through the ever-changing landscapes of the Parking Industry. Using such vast experience and passion for the industry, he innovatively opens up new horizons to bring the services of Wilson Parking to a distinctive level that is being recognized as the benchmark of the Parking Industry.

Being a graduate with two masters, a Master in Business Administration and a Master in International Marketing, he firmly advocates continued self improvement and education. Under his leadership and through his learning and sharing and mentoring schemes, the staff of Wilson Parking are well motivated to produce and deliver top performance with premium quality services to meet the delight and full satisfaction of all our clients.

MR WAN KUM KEET

Director, Business Development (South East Asia)

Mr. Wan oversees the growth of the parking business as well as expansion of the array of services rendered by the company in Singapore. He also assists the CEO of Wilson Parking (South East Asia) to develop business opportunities in this region. Kum Keet is responsible for the creation of value-added service packages and has built strong partnerships with our customers in delivering the highest quality of services in all our business sectors.

Graduating from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University with a Business Degree, Kum Keet has more than 11 years of experience in the service industry.

Mr ISKANDAR RAZACK

Operations Manager

Mr. Iskandar Razack started his career in the Media industry handling a spectrum of operational and programming issue for local and international films for over 4 years.

Iskandar leads a dedicated team of Operations Executives and closely monitors and manages the day to day business. He is very involved in the commencement of new contracts and ensuring Wilson’s globally recognized best practices are followed. Iskandar takes pride in ensuring Wilson delivers a positive experience to our customers.
